Lamb Souvlaki

 
Ingredients -

1 pound Lamb (cut into bite sized pieces)
2 Garlic Cloves (chopped)
1 Lemon (juice and zest)
1/4 cup Olive Oil
1 teaspoon Oregano
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Pepper

 
Preparation:

1. In a large ziplock bag, add the cloves, lemon juice and zest, olive oil, oregano, salt and pepper.

2. Seal and shake to combine.

3. Add the pieces of lamb and seal again.

4. Set the bag in a large bowl and refrigerate overnight.

5. Remove the meat from the marinade and discard the juice.

6. Skewer the meat.

7. Cook under a broiler for 10 minutes or until it reaches the desired doneness.
