1. Mix drained and flaked tuna with bell peppers, Feta cheese, and chopped celery in medium bowl.
2. Cut French bread into 4 (4-inch) pieces. Cut each piece horizontally in half.
3. Drizzle Greek vinaigrette dressing on cut sides of bread; spread over bread.
4. Fill each sandwich with 1/2-cup tuna mixture.
