Greek Style Tuna Salad Sandwiches

Greek style tuna salad spread tops French bread slices.
Ingredients -
1 can (12 ounces) Tuna, drained and flaked
1/2 cup chopped drained Roasted Red Bell Peppers (from 7-ounce jar)
1/2 cup crumbled Feta Cheese
1 medium Stalk Celery, chopped (1/2 cup)
1 loaf (1 pound) French Bread
1/4 cup Greek Vinaigrette Dressing
 
Preparation:

1. Mix drained and flaked tuna with bell peppers, Feta cheese, and chopped celery in medium bowl.

2. Cut French bread into 4 (4-inch) pieces. Cut each piece horizontally in half.

3. Drizzle Greek vinaigrette dressing on cut sides of bread; spread over bread.

4. Fill each sandwich with 1/2-cup tuna mixture.

5. Serve.
