1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
2. Rinse chicken in cold water. Pat dry with paper towel.
3. Season chicken inside and out with salt and pepper.
4. Place chicken in baking dish.
5. Squeeze lemon juice from lemon halves into small bowl and mix with Greek vinaigrette dressing.
6. Place squeezed lemon halves inside chicken.
7. Drizzle lemon vinaigrette dressing mixture over chicken.
8. Insert meat thermometer one chicken’s thigh.
9. Bake 90 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Meat thermometer reaches an internal temperature of 180 F. |
