1. On a large baking sheet, place the pizza crust.
2. Spoon the sauce onto the crust and evenly spread.
3. Evenly sprinkle with both kinds of cheese.
4. Bake until the crust is lightly browned which takes 8 to 9 minutes.
5. Remove the pizza from the oven and arrange evenly with the spinach leaves.
6. Layer the red onions on top and sprinkle with the feta cheese, olives and sun-dried tomatoes.
7. If desired, drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
8. Serve immediately.
