Greek Lamb Burger

 
Ingredients -

1 pound Ground Lamb
1 small Onion, finely chopped
2 Garlic Cloves, chopped
1 teaspoon Oregano
1 tablespoon Dill, chopped
1 tablespoon Mint, chopped
1 teaspoon Lemon Zest
Salt and Pepper, to taste
4 Whole Wheat Burger Buns

Lettuce
Tomatoes Slices
Tzatziki
Feta Cheese, crumbled

 
Preparation:

1. In a large mixing bowl, add the first 9 ingredients together and mix well.

2. Form burger patties in the desired size.

3. Grill until they reach the desired doneness.

4. Assemble with the remaining ingredients.
