1. Combine the yogurt, 2 teaspoons olive oil, dill, lemon juice, garlic and cumin in a large bowl.
2. Mix well to combine.
3. In another bowl, add 1/3 cup of bread crumbs, onion, parsley, egg, egg white and ¼ cup of the yogurt mixture and mix well.
4. Add the chicken and toss to coat.
5. Make 8 patties out of the chicken mixture.
6. Dip the patties into the remaining bread crumbs.
7. In a medium skillet add the remaining oil and heat to hot.
8. Fry the patties until golden brown, turning once to brown both sides.
9. Serve with the remaining yogurt sauce.
10. Garnish with sprigs of parley.
11. Serve hot.
