1. Marinate both sides of the frozen burgers with Tabasco sauce.
2. Grill to the desired doneness.
3. In a medium skillet, heat the oil.
4. When hot, add the shallots, garlic, oregano, thyme, salt and pepper and cook until the onion is caramelized, which takes between 10 and 15 minutes.
5. Push the onions to the side of the pan.
6. Place 2 slices of feta cheese in the middle of the pan.
7. Fry the cheese and onions for a few minutes.
8. Place a few slices of onion and garlic on the burger and top with the fried piece of feta cheese.
9. Serve immediately.
