1. Bake phyllo shells according to directions.
2. Brown lamb in skillet. Remove lamb and drain off excess fat.
3. Wipe skillet clean.
4. Combine lamb, feta cheese, Greek seasoning, and 2 tablespoons chives, cook until heated through.
5. Spoon lamb mixture into baked phyllo shells.
6. Sprinkle with remaining chives. |
