1. In a saucepan, add the oil and heat.
2. Add the garlic and cook for 30 seconds or until fragrant.
3. Add the onion, oregano and 1/4 teaspoon salt, stir to combine.
4. Add the couscous and cook for 1 minute.
5. Add the broth, 1 cup of water and bring the mixture to a boil.
6. Reduce the heat and cook, covered, for 13 minutes or until the water is absorbed.
7. During the last 5 minutes of cooking, add the green beans.
8. Add the remaining salt, chicken, tomatoes, artichokes, feta, olives and lemon juice.
9. Serve immediately.
