1. Season chicken breast pieces with salt and pepper.
2. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium high heat.
3. Saute chicken and onion 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Stir in chopped tomatoes. Heat through.
5. In medium bowl, combine low-fat yogurt, Feta cheese, fresh dill, until blended.
6. Spoon chicken mixture into pitas. Top with yogurt sauce and fold in half.
7. Serve immediately. |
